License

1. Ownership of Final Work Upon full payment of all fees, LCA Clips grants the Client full ownership rights to the final exported videos, images, and website designs produced for them. You are free to publish, distribute, and use these assets globally.

2. Raw Files LCA Clips retains ownership of all "raw" files (source footage, project files, unedited camera rushes). The fee you pay covers the final edited deliverable only. If you require the raw files, they may be purchased for an additional transfer fee.

3. Portfolio Rights You grant LCA Clips a non-exclusive right to display the work created for you in our portfolio, on our website, and social media channels for the purpose of self-promotion and demonstrating our capabilities.

4. AI Usage Disclaimer Some assets (specifically "Static Images" in our monthly tiers) are generated using Artificial Intelligence tools. Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee exclusive copyright ownership of AI-generated elements under current UK copyright laws.

5. Third-Party Rights Any stock music, stock footage, or fonts used in your project are licensed for digital/web use. If you intend to use the content for TV broadcast or other mediums, you may require an additional licence at your own cost.
