Terms & Conditions

1. Services LCA Clips provides marketing, content creation, and web design services.

• Monthly Plans (Light, Camera, Action): These are rolling monthly subscriptions.

• Blockbuster/Custom Projects: These are one-off projects defined by a specific scope of work and quote.

2. Payments & Billing

• Monthly Plans: Payment is due in advance of the month’s work.

• Custom Projects: Payment terms will be outlined in your specific quote (typically 50% deposit, 50% on completion).

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause all work and withhold delivery of final assets until outstanding invoices are paid.

3. Revisions We want you to love your content. Our revision limits are:

• Light & Camera Plans: Up to 3 rounds of revisions per asset.

• Action Plan: Up to 4 rounds of revisions per asset.

• Excess Revisions: Revisions beyond these limits or changes to the original brief after production has started may incur an additional "Ad Hoc" fee.

4. Cancellations (Monthly Plans) Our monthly plans are flexible. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. We do not refund partial months.

5. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide necessary assets (logos, brand guidelines, physical products for shooting) in a timely manner. We are not responsible for deadlines missed due to delays on your end.

6. Limitation of Liability LCA Clips provides creative assets and strategy based on professional expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., viral fame, specific sales figures). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
